Originally known as Downfall, Mid Youth Crisis formed in Melbourne in 1993. The band found another band with the name Downfall, so they changed their name to One Inch Punch. One Inch Punch toured and put out a few releases; however, another band with this name turned up on the Romeo and Juliet soundtrack, and so another name change was needed. "Mid Youth Crisis" was the name of one of their songs, so this was chosen. Adrian is now in Blueline Medic.
